TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases, license keys, software access, digital products, downloads, subscriptions, and related services sold by FH6 Auction House Sniper (“we”, “us”, “our”).


By placing an order, ticking the Terms of Service checkbox, completing payment, receiving a license key, redeeming a license key, downloading the product, activating the product, or using the product, you agree to these Terms.


If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase, redeem, download, activate, or use the product.


IMPORTANT SUMMARY


This summary is provided for clarity only. The full Terms below still apply.


- This is a digital product. No physical item will be shipped.

- Refunds are only available within 14 calendar days if the license key has not been redeemed, activated, downloaded, used, linked, shared, leaked, resold, transferred, or otherwise consumed.

- Once a key is redeemed, activated, downloaded, used, linked, or consumed, the sale is final, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

- “Lifetime” means the lifetime of this specific product/project, not your personal lifetime and not guaranteed access forever.

- Lifetime access ends if the product/project is discontinued, shut down, replaced, or no longer maintained, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

- The product is provided as-is and may be affected by third-party updates, game changes, platform changes, downtime, detections, restrictions, or incompatibility.

- You are responsible for checking compatibility, reading the product description, and using the product at your own risk.


1. DIGITAL PRODUCT


This is a digital product. No physical product will be shipped.


Products may include software access, license keys, download access, customer dashboard access, Discord access, license panel access, subscriptions, or other digital services.


Delivery may happen automatically and immediately after payment through a license key, download page, email, customer dashboard, Discord ticket, license panel, or another digital delivery method.


Once a license key, download, account access, or digital access has been delivered or made available to you, the product is considered digitally delivered.


2. DIGITAL DELIVERY CONSENT


By purchasing, you understand and agree that the product may be delivered automatically and immediately after payment.


You expressly request and consent to immediate digital delivery of the product.


You acknowledge that once the license key is redeemed, activated, downloaded, used, linked to a device/account/customer identifier, or otherwise consumed, the product can no longer be returned in the same way as a physical product.


Where legally allowed, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund ends once digital delivery has started and the key/product has been redeemed, activated, downloaded, used, linked, or otherwise consumed.


Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.


3. PRODUCT LIFETIME / LIFETIME LICENSE MEANING


Some products may be sold as “Lifetime”, “Product Lifetime”, “Lifetime Key”, or similar.


“Lifetime” means the lifetime of this specific product/project only.


It does not mean:


- the customer’s lifetime;

- the owner’s lifetime;

- the company’s lifetime;

- lifetime access to every future product;

- guaranteed access forever;

- guaranteed uptime forever;

- guaranteed updates forever;

- guaranteed support forever;

- guaranteed compatibility forever;

- guaranteed access if the product is discontinued;

- guaranteed access to replacement products, rewritten products, renamed products, or future products.


A Product Lifetime License remains valid only while this specific product/project is actively offered, operated, maintained, and supported by us.


If the product/project is paused, discontinued, abandoned, shut down, sold, transferred, renamed, rewritten, replaced, permanently ended, or no longer maintained, lifetime access may end with the product/project.


If the product/project ends, customers are not automatically entitled to refunds, compensation, replacements, extensions, damages, access to future products, or access to replacement products, except where required by mandatory law.


“Lifetime” does not guarantee that the product will exist forever.


4. LICENSE PERIODS AND EXPIRY


License durations are access periods, not guaranteed usage periods, uptime guarantees, or performance guarantees.


A license period may begin when the order is completed, the key is generated, the key is delivered, the key is redeemed, the product is downloaded, or access is made available, depending on the product setup.


License time continues to run even if:


- you do not use the product;

- you cannot use the product;

- you have technical issues;

- the product is temporarily unavailable;

- updates or maintenance are being performed;

- third-party services are unavailable;

- your device, account, operating system, or setup is incompatible;

- you are banned, restricted, or blocked by a third party.


We are not required to pause, extend, reset, replace, or refund license time unless we choose to do so or unless required by mandatory law.


5. AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE PRODUCT


The product is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law.


We do not guarantee that the product will:


- work forever;

- work for the full license period;

- work without interruptions;

- work on every device;

- work on every operating system;

- work after third-party updates;

- remain undetected or unrestricted by third-party systems;

- be error-free;

- be available at all times;

- produce any specific result;

- meet your expectations;

- remain supported permanently.


Software can break, become outdated, become unsupported, be detected, be blocked, stop working, or require updates.


You accept this risk before purchasing.


This does not exclude mandatory legal guarantees or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.


6. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, GAMES, SERVICES, AND ACCOUNTS


Our product may interact with, depend on, reference, or be affected by third-party platforms, games, websites, accounts, services, APIs, payment processors, operating systems, anti-cheat systems, security systems, or software.


We do not own or control third-party platforms.


We are not responsible for:


- third-party downtime;

- third-party updates;

- third-party bans;

- third-party account suspensions;

- third-party restrictions;

- third-party anti-cheat, fraud, moderation, or security systems;

- changes to games, websites, APIs, or software;

- loss of accounts, progress, items, currency, rewards, purchases, rankings, or access;

- any action taken by a third party against you.


You are solely responsible for making sure your use of the product is legal, allowed, and compliant with any third-party terms, rules, or policies that apply to you.


7. NO AFFILIATION


Unless clearly stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or connected to any third-party company, game publisher, platform, developer, brand, or trademark owner.


All third-party names, brands, games, platforms, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification or descriptive purposes.


8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY


You are responsible for:


- reading the product description before purchase;

- reading these Terms before purchase;

- checking compatibility before purchase;

- understanding what you are buying;

- using the correct email and account details;

- keeping your license key private;

- keeping your device secure;

- following setup instructions;

- contacting support with clear information if help is needed;

- using the product at your own risk;

- complying with applicable laws and third-party rules.


We are not responsible for problems caused by customer error, incorrect setup, unsupported systems, shared keys, leaked keys, modified files, virtual machines, VPNs, proxies, antivirus interference, firewall restrictions, operating system issues, driver issues, or third-party software conflicts, except where mandatory law says otherwise.


9. LICENSE RULES


When you purchase, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to these Terms.


You do not own the software, source code, systems, design, brand, panel, loader, backend, website, license system, or any related intellectual property.


You may not:


- resell, rent, share, leak, sublicense, or distribute your license;

- share your key with another person;

- attempt to bypass the license system;

- reverse engineer, decompile, crack, patch, modify, unpack, dump, or tamper with the product;

- remove watermarks, identifiers, protections, or security features;

- abuse support, staff, systems, or checkout;

- use the product for illegal activity;

- claim the product as your own;

- publish private files, screenshots, keys, panels, links, or internal information;

- make false claims, fake disputes, or fraudulent chargebacks.


Violation of these rules may result in immediate license suspension or termination without refund, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.


10. KEY SECURITY, WATERMARKING, AND ABUSE DETECTION


License keys, builds, downloads, accounts, or sessions may contain customer-specific identifiers, watermarks, logs, hardware identifiers, or anti-abuse protections.


These systems may be used to prevent sharing, leaking, cracking, fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms.


If a key is leaked, shared, resold, cracked, abused, disputed, refunded, charged back, or used against these Terms, we may suspend or permanently revoke access without refund, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.


11. UPDATES AND FORCED UPDATES


We may update, modify, replace, disable, or force-update the product at any time.


Older versions may stop working, be blocked, expire, or require updating.


We are not responsible if you refuse to update, cannot update, or continue using an outdated version.


Updates may change features, remove features, add protections, reduce compatibility, or require new setup.


Where required by mandatory law, we will not remove essential paid functionality in a way that violates your mandatory consumer rights.


12. DOWNTIME, MAINTENANCE, AND PROJECT DISCONTINUATION


We may pause, limit, suspend, shut down, discontinue, or permanently end the product or project at any time.


This may happen for technical, legal, financial, personal, security, payment processor, platform, third-party, or business reasons.


We do not guarantee that the product, license server, support server, website, loader, dashboard, download page, Discord server, or backend will remain available forever.


If the project is discontinued, abandoned, shut down, sold, transferred, renamed, rewritten, replaced, or no longer maintained, customers are not automatically entitled to refunds, compensation, replacements, extensions, damages, or access to future/replacement products, except where required by mandatory law.


If we discontinue the product shortly after selling a license, or if mandatory law gives you rights that cannot be excluded, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.


13. SUPPORT


Support is provided on a best-effort basis only.


We do not guarantee:


- response times;

- fixes;

- updates;

- compatibility support;

- one-on-one setup help;

- continued support for old versions;

- support outside our chosen support channels.


Rude, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, spammy, or disrespectful behavior may result in support refusal and license termination without refund, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.


14. PAYMENTS, FEES, AND CHARGEBACKS


Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.


You are responsible for any fees, taxes, conversion costs, bank fees, card fees, or payment provider costs, where legally allowed.


Opening a chargeback, dispute, PayPal case, bank reversal, or payment claim without first contacting support may result in suspension or termination of the license if the dispute is fraudulent, abusive, or violates these Terms.


We reserve the right to provide evidence to payment processors, banks, and dispute systems, including order details, delivery proof, license activation records, redemption records, usage logs, IP logs, email records, customer messages, and agreement to these Terms.


If a chargeback or payment reversal is made after access has been delivered, redeemed, activated, or used, we may revoke access where legally allowed.


15. TAXES


Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on the checkout system, customer location, payment provider, and platform settings.


You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that apply to your purchase unless the checkout explicitly collects them or mandatory law requires otherwise.


16. PRODUCT INFORMATION


We try to describe products accurately, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, availability notices, compatibility notes, or feature lists are always complete, current, or error-free.


We may change product descriptions, prices, features, stock, license rules, and availability at any time.


You should read the product page carefully before purchasing.


17. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS


The product does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, profit, win, purchase, success rate, item, currency, ranking, account benefit, account safety, or performance.


Any examples, screenshots, reviews, statistics, or demonstrations are illustrative only and do not guarantee future results.


You use the product at your own risk.


18. TERMINATION


We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have:


- violated these Terms;

- shared, leaked, resold, or abused a license;

- attempted to crack, bypass, reverse engineer, or tamper with the product;

- used the product illegally;

- abused support;

- made threats;

- opened fraudulent disputes or chargebacks;

- caused security, legal, payment, or operational risk;

- harmed the project, staff, customers, systems, or reputation.


Termination for violation of these Terms does not create a right to refund, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.


19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages, including but not limited to:


- lost profits;

- lost accounts;

- lost progress;

- lost items;

- lost currency;

- lost data;

- lost access;

- lost business;

- lost time;

- device issues;

- software conflicts;

- bans or suspensions;

- payment issues;

- downtime;

- third-party actions;

- failed results;

- inability to use the product.


To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product that caused the claim.


Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights where applicable.


20. INDEMNITY


To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate and hold harmless FH6 Auction House Sniper, its owner, staff, contractors, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, fees, chargebacks, penalties, costs, or expenses caused by:


- your use or misuse of the product;

- your violation of these Terms;

- your violation of third-party rules;

- illegal activity;

- shared, leaked, or resold licenses;

- false claims or disputes;

- chargebacks or payment reversals;

- harm caused to third parties.


This clause applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory law.


21. FORCE MAJEURE


We are not responsible for delays, failures, downtime, or inability to provide the product caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:


- internet outages;

- hosting outages;

- payment processor issues;

- third-party platform changes;

- game updates;

- API changes;

- cyberattacks;

- DDoS attacks;

- data loss;

- hardware failure;

- legal threats;

- illness;

- emergencies;

- war;

- government action;

- power outages;

- natural disasters;

- supplier failure.


22. AGE AND AUTHORITY


By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement or have permission from a parent/legal guardian.


If purchasing on behalf of another person, company, or group, you confirm that you have authority to agree to these Terms.


23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS


We may update these Terms at any time.


The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that purchase, unless changes are required for legal, security, payment, or operational reasons.


Continued use of the product after changes means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.


24. SEVERABILITY


If any part of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.


Any invalid term will be interpreted as closely as possible to the original intent while remaining legally enforceable.


25. GOVERNING LAW


These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.


If you are a consumer, these Terms do not remove any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
