REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases from FH6 Auction House Sniper.
By purchasing from us, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCT NOTICE
Our products are digital goods. No physical product is shipped.
Products may include license keys, software access, downloads, subscriptions, customer dashboard access, Discord access, license panel access, or other digital services.
Because digital products can be delivered, copied, activated, redeemed, downloaded, or used immediately, refunds are limited as described below.
2. 14-DAY REFUND PERIOD FOR UNREDEEMED KEYS ONLY
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase only if all of the following conditions are met:
- the license key has not been redeemed;
- the license key has not been activated;
- the product has not been downloaded;
- the product has not been used;
- no device, hardware ID, account, IP address, Discord ID, or customer identifier has been linked to the license;
- the key has not been shared, leaked, resold, transferred, published, or exposed to another person;
- the order is not connected to fraud, abuse, chargeback activity, suspicious activity, or violation of our Terms;
- we are technically able to disable, revoke, or invalidate the key before issuing the refund.
If these conditions are met, we may approve the refund and permanently disable the key.
3. NO REFUNDS AFTER REDEMPTION, ACTIVATION, DOWNLOAD, OR USE
Once a license key, download, or product access has been redeemed, activated, downloaded, used, linked, shared, leaked, resold, transferred, published, or otherwise consumed, the sale is final.
No refund will be provided after redemption or use, except where required by mandatory law.
4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund for an unredeemed key, contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase.

Include:
- order ID;
- payment email;
- purchase date;
- product purchased;
- reason for the request;
- confirmation that the key has not been redeemed, activated, downloaded, used, linked, shared, leaked, resold, transferred, published, or otherwise consumed.
You may use this message:
“I hereby request a refund for my order. My order ID is [ORDER ID]. My payment email is [EMAIL]. I confirm that my license key has not been redeemed, activated, downloaded, used, linked, shared, leaked, resold, transferred, published, or otherwise consumed.”
5. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will not be provided for:
- redeemed keys;
- activated keys;
- downloaded products;
- used products;
- linked licenses;
- shared keys;
- leaked keys;
- resold or transferred keys;
- buyer’s remorse;
- accidental purchases;
- purchasing the wrong product;
- failure to read the product description;
- failure to read the Terms of Service;
- lack of technical knowledge;
- device, operating system, internet, antivirus, firewall, driver, or software incompatibility;
- inability to install, open, configure, or use the product;
- third-party updates, game changes, platform changes, patches, bans, restrictions, detections, anti-cheat systems, API changes, website changes, or service changes;
- downtime, maintenance, server issues, authentication issues, or temporary unavailability;
- the product not giving the result expected by the customer;
- the customer no longer wanting or needing the product;
- the customer being banned, suspended, restricted, limited, or penalized by a third-party platform;
- the license expiring during downtime or during a period where the customer does not or cannot use the product;
- violation of our Terms of Service;
- fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or suspicious activity.
This does not limit refunds required by mandatory law.
6. LIFETIME LICENSE REFUNDS
Some products may be sold as “Lifetime”, “Product Lifetime”, “Lifetime Key”, or similar.
“Lifetime” means the lifetime of this specific product/project only. It does not mean your personal lifetime or guaranteed access forever.
Lifetime keys are refundable only within 14 calendar days if the key has not been redeemed, activated, downloaded, used, linked, shared, leaked, resold, transferred, published, or otherwise consumed.
After redemption, activation, download, use, linking, sharing, leaking, resale, transfer, publication, or consumption, lifetime keys are non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
If the product/project is later discontinued, shut down, replaced, renamed, rewritten, sold, transferred, or no longer maintained, the lifetime license may end with the product/project. This does not automatically create a right to a refund, compensation, replacement, extension, or access to future/replacement products, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
7. DOWNTIME AND TECHNICAL ISSUES
License periods are access periods, not guaranteed usage periods or uptime guarantees.
Temporary downtime, maintenance, updates, server issues, authentication issues, third-party issues, game updates, compatibility problems, or customer setup problems do not automatically create a right to a refund.
We may choose to provide support, fixes, extensions, replacements, or compensation at our discretion, but we are not required to do so unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
8. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you have an issue, contact support before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.
Opening a fraudulent or abusive chargeback after receiving, redeeming, activating, downloading, using, or linking a license may result in license suspension or termination.
We reserve the right to provide evidence to payment processors, banks, and dispute systems, including order details, delivery proof, license activation records, redemption records, usage logs, IP logs, email records, support messages, and agreement to our policies.
9. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where possible.
Processing times may depend on the payment provider, bank, or checkout platform.
Before a refund is issued, the related license key may be permanently disabled, revoked, or invalidated.
10. MANDATORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this Refund Policy removes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If mandatory law gives you rights beyond this Refund Policy, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.
